Donald Smith, ChFC, is a graduate of the American College, obtaining the designation Chartered Financial Consultant. He started his career in the insurance industry in 1978. Don is an approved member of the National Ethics Bureau (NEB), an independent organization of insurance and financial professionals who maintain exemplary business ethics.

Don has served as President of the local Kiwanis Club and the area's Business Network International Chapter. His articles have been published by various financial publications, including Kiplinger's Financial; he is also a frequent guest on KIXI radio's Voices of Experience talk show. Don has been helping seniors make the right choices since 1989.

Carol C. Smith is a graduate of the University of Phoenix, obtaining a degree in Business Management. She is also a graduate of Cannon Trust School at Pepperdine University.
